Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or promotional launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.

We offer domestic and international shipping via reliable courier services. Estimated delivery times:

•⁠ ⁠International: 10–20 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or regional holidays.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Any applicable promotional shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

4.⁠ ⁠Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

5.⁠ ⁠Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@anyatheexplorer.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

6.⁠ ⁠Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund & Returns Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Physical Books & Merchandise
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
•⁠ ⁠Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
•⁠ ⁠A valid proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact hello@anyatheexplorer.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

3.⁠ ⁠Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Printables)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you encounter a technical issue, email us and we’ll assist with access or download problems.

4.⁠ ⁠Gifts
If you received Anya the Explorer as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, we can issue store credit in the form of a digital voucher once the original item is returned in proper condition.

5.⁠ ⁠Return Requests
To request a return or refund, email us at hello@anyatheexplorer.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide the necessary steps and return address.
